Masters thesis students (2022) : We always have a number of projects that are suitable for master’s thesis projects (minimum duration: 6 months). Based on your research interests, we will design a project that involves one or several of the following topics : development of software for molecular modeling, structure-based drug design, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, protein structure prediction.
